The site is called "PC Paradise Wallpapers".
The images include games with anime art (like Dead or Alive and Parasite Eve), and there's no particular scheme to it. As such, I'm still inclined to believe this to be either art from a game or an original composition with no particular theme.

NOTE: The page is on a Brazilian site, so it's in Portuguese.
