My Moderator Application: Honey_Bee14

Hi there. As most of you know already,my name is Jasmine. The only reason I tell you that is because I know most of the daily users on AA and I feel really connected to all of you. Also if I am accepted as a moderator,I would like for people to be able to address me on a friendly/personal level,not just saying,"Hey there Honey whats up?". Because,obviously,'Honey' doesn't sound any more professional than referring to me as Jasmine.

Reasons I would make a good Moderator:

1♥ I am a daily user on AA. The only reason I would not get on on a particular day would be if my job keeps me away or a family emergency,which has happened before.

2♥ I have been with AA for quite some time and I know the way things need to work in order to run smoothly.

3♥ I cannot,and will not, tolerate SPAM. I mean,it takes up space and degrades you to seeming unproffesional. Valuable space should be used for things that actually have a reason to be posted. Not just to say "I'm a gansta with an attitude"(which I have seen before,unfortunately)

4♥ I don't start fights,I finish them. I tend to stop arguments very easily and most people will agree that I am a fairly likable person. I won't say very likable because that would come across as cocky/braggy.

Miscellaneous:

I think that AA is one of the best forums I have visited because it has been going forever unlike most of the new forums,where the users are not dedicated enough to follow through. So if I am accepted as a moderator, I would do my best to keep things running smoothly and to keep spammers from causing problems. Arguments would be settle calmly and people who insult other users will be dealt with in the way that seems fitting.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my application. It means alot to me and I would greatly appreciate your criticism because if I am turned down this time and I choose to apply in the future, I may work on any flaws that you see.

But I have never heard of you though, and I log on AA atleast 4-6 times a day and I haven't even seen a single post or anything from you :/

^_^ Why thanks everyone(especially Ardal-dyn). I guess Im not so popular outside of the Role Playing Forum. That's kind of where I made my mark I suppose. But if I become a moderator I would definitely expand my horizons throughout the forums. I was planning on doing that anyway so I could get reaquainted with everyone. I was just married a few months ago so my time on AA was kind of cut off but now that things have slowed down I use every free minute I have to get on here.

Thanks guys. But I would like to know about the people who voted no. I would like to know why they decided I wouldn't make a good moderator. They didn't leave feedback so I have no idea what I should work on correcting.

That aside, your application is practically flawless. My guess is that the people that voted "No" are schmucks with no life who would like nothing better than to spoil someone else's application so that theirs looks better. Either that, or it's people that know you personally and just don't like you. That sucks.

I like the fact that you are promoting your application in your sig, but remember that this is different from an election. I am not too keen on "Vote for me!" crap.

I am gonna be generous. You can have a big fat "Yes" from the Lordi.
