That's what I saw on the bottom of the IE window when I went to Absolute Anime. Is there some error on the site?
R.I.P. Steven Irwin, V-Tech, Heath Ledger, George Carlin, Bernie Mac, Isaac Hayes, Michael Jackson, Billy Mays, Taco Bell dog, Brittany Murphy, Garry Coleman, Ronnie James Dio and Toonami (although at least it reincarnated as Toonzai!)

your using IE. IE sucks. IE always says that. it does with me. get FirFox if you can. it has nothing to do with AA

Nevermind, I found out the reason why it said that. The site was probably being worked on.
