Haven't Received the Code Email.

I have registered, but when I hit the submit button, the next page never loads and stays white. So then I thought "hmm.." and I went to the "Help" icon on the top screen. I clicked on the "I Need My Activation Code!" thing, but once again the page never loaded and stayed white....So, what I am tryin to say is...WTH is wrong?
