it's just ordanary lips. trust me. I have read 1 manga chapter with kakashi unmasked and with ordanary lips. that's all he has. whatever you found must be fake or something like that.

I haven't seen an unmasked Kakashi yet in the show but that's what I imagined that he would look like just by the outline of his mask , but I would like to see an episode that Kakashi does take his mask off and then we will find out if he's that good looking or not .
