i only bearly glimsped a ninja with a star on his or her headband can someone give me some info?

[Kuroi Shinzou]

ok, i can

Spoiler

Show

the village hidden in the star is a very small ninja village, whos ninja rely on the chakra amplifying meteor, that fell near they're village, to make them strong...or mediocre in most cases

it allows them to do this weird peacock (yes, like the bird) move. they can manipulate the chakra tail feathers they create to let them fly, or to grasp things, to act like a shield, and the ultimate special move involves combining all the tail feathers to look like a dragon and to strike the opponent.

they're only seen in the filler, and personally i think the hidden star EPs are some of the lamest of the filler.

Yep, I've heard about it and seen it in a filler.
