No, it's exclusive to Cartoon Network. Funimation and Cartoon Network have a long-standing relationship, so if anything from Funimation isn't on Cartoon Network, it isn't on television at all.

its on YTV every friday at 10:00PM eastern 1:00AM eastern and pacific (?) and then 4:00AM Eastern. Its on lineup called Bionix a whole bunch of animes like Naruto, FMA, Zatch Bell, and Bleach.
