Phazing onto the scene of the fight, Winnie watches from a distance. She knows better than to interfere with the Rite Of Combat that has been invoked, but she means to observe the outcome.

Isis haveing seen what Alucard did to BT's teacher while rummaging in his mind back at the bar has a sneaking feeling that she should really observe the matters at hand. Isis motions for Theo to come to her side at once. Now whispereing to Theo she tells him

"Theo, I know Winne has gone down there to watch the kids fight. I want you to watch as well, I know, I know you hate to go on the feild, but I need you to do this. We must make sure nothing happens to either of them got it!?"
Theo replies

"I got it but I don't think it wise Isis so medeling in past affairs. You know what he said once I was assigned to you."

"Yes, yes I know, don't worry I will be watching the every move right as you see it. Now go, will you."
Isis had given Theo that look that she discovered he could never turn down.

"Alright, alright I'll go, just put that look away."
Replied Theo as he tried to sheild his eyes from Isis face.

"Thank you my dear friend, and right now my only."
Replied Isis as her face change to just a hint or sorrow.Then Theo was gone in a poof.

Isis thought after Theo had left ***I hope Winne knows what she is getting herself into out there, I wouldn't like her turn out like me. I wish that fate on no one, no matter how evil they are.***Thought Isis as she started to remeber, that just pushed those meemories further and further back into her mind. Hoping that she would never remeber anything of those days of mortality, those wretched days.

Minna watched in facination as the two combatents readied themselves. The Rite Of Combat was a ancient Underworld tradition, which Alucard had invoked. In a strange way it was a tribute by the vampire towards the priest's worthiness as a advisary. For it was only used against a advesary considered truelly worthy, and almost never against mortals.

Winnie continues to ponder the situation. By right, the ritual Alacard has invoked is so sacred, that know Underworlder be they Vampire, demon, were-wolf or witch will interfere. The combat it self is often bloody, and to the death. It is not unheard of for two advesaries to end things in a draw, but it is rare indeed. Also, by rite, the victor of the combat will hold the loser's existance in his hands, to do with as he will.

*The remaining ones burst into flames as Felix made his way up to the three elder vampires.*

I really can't believe that the two of you are really that immature. I would have thought that you would have the common sense to wait until after we had resolved the larger problem at hand to settle petty macho issues. Clearly I was wrong.

"You should at least have listened, though as each of you are dead once more I cannot complain...except I thought elders might have been a challenge."

*Leaves the mansion and makes his way to the main base of the Black Patrons of God where he could rest for awhile before continuing his duty.*
