FMA Manga or Anime, which is better?

The manga is also makes more sense than the anime. In the anime Sloth is well a hard working women who's actually ed's mom. In the manga, however, Sloth is a big buff guy who really is lazy (in other words sloth).

I think Sloth was the homunculus in the anime because it sorta represented how the brothers were . . . not really lazy, but sorta couldn't move on without her.

I get the idea but the name is ment to play an active role in the personality or power. ie. envy can morph into anything showing that he can envy others though it's more apparent in the manga.

Well, the way Sloth's body was composed could've been a play on the name or something like that since liquids tend to be considered lazy or something like that. Things that just flow in no particular direction and must be aided to move.

all in all that's true except she is often seen moving fast in water. then again her role is primarily that of a stratigist which can also be a refrence to the term sloth due to the fack she plans things stowly and carefuly.

Hmm, that is true. She didn't really do much except plan. It sorta seemed as though she perferred the lighter tasks.

If I remember correctaly she wasn't exactally evil. After all she admited a part of her didn't want to kill Ed.

Homunculi like Lust, Sloth, and Gluttony weren't really evil if you really think about it. Lust wanted to be human and Gluttony was really nothing more than a big baby until Dante made him go nuts.
