Description: Digimon: The Movie
Note: Digimon: the Movie is a combination of the first three Japanese Digimon movies. (Digimon Adventure, Our War Game, and The Golden Digimentals)
Digimon: The Movie presents the Theatrical debut of the popular series, which is comprised of three different stories/segments narrated by Kari.
The first segment starts four years before the Digidestined traveled to the Digital World in the series. It tells of the first encounter (and battle) Tai and Kari had with the Digimon. It starts when a Digiegg falls from the Digital World, which hatches a Botamon. As they raise and evolve it, the Digimon unintentionally wrecks the neighborhood and soon evolves from an Agumon to a Greymon (which isn't the same Digimon from the series) that battles an invading Digimon known as Parrotmon. Soon enough, the other Digidestined become involved in the battle, starting the destiny that's soon to come for each of them.
The second story opens with a mysterious Digiegg that Tai and Izzy discover on the internet. It reveals itself as Diaboromon, and soon begins assuming control over the net and much of the world's technological databanks. As Tai and Izzy both try to intercept the threat, most of the other Digidestined are busy with their own activities, leaving them short-handed. Soon enough, most of the kids worldwide experience the battle against Diaboromon. However, time is running out, and Armageddon may not be too far behind if the Digidestined fail to stop this sinister Digimon.
The third and final segment opens with the Digidestined traveling to America. Diaboromon apparently links to a mysterious boy named Willis, whom our heroes are searching for. As it turns out, Willis is on the run with his partner Kokomon from Endigomon. When the Digidestined come to help, they soon find out that Willis was accidently responsible for Diaboromon's creation.
