Hi. I am visiting this forum to find out the name of a show/movie I remember seeing when I was a kid (I'm 23 now). Actually, Im not entirely sure it was anime, but knowing what I do now, it seems like that was the style. Basically it is about a peasant type family that lives in a rural forrest area. The oldest son comes back to visit and he seems to be doing well. He is working for some powerful guy (sorcerer?) but seems uncomfortable discussing the specifics of his job. His youngest sibling I think is a little girl. Anyways, turns out the dude he works for is turning people into squarish building blocks (like walking leggos) that walk like zombies and link up to create this gigantic human fortress/building. The parents of these kids also get turned into leggos...I think. For all I know this is mainstream stuff, or totally left field. Its been years, but if you have any clue, I would love to know.
