Hehehe the biggest ecchi anime is a brand new one named Queens Blade, based off a series of super ecchi novels. Not to be confused with Witch Blade with is also rather echhi but nothing even close to Queens Blade

Had anyone viewed 'Ghost Talker's Daydream' yet? The central character of a professional dominatrix who secretly works for an agency that deals with departed spirits. The character, Misaki Saiki, is an albino woman who has the ability to see and communicate with ghosts, and thus aiding them to return to the other side. There is a lot of ecchi moments in the series, which include nudity, and referrences to Misaki's lack of pubic hair.
