First of all, it's Shichibukai.

They are

Mihawk
Bartholmew
Jinbei
Crocodile (stripped of Shichibukai status at end of Alabasta)
Doflamingo
Last two are unknown.

Shichibukai has been translated as the warlords of the sea, Altougth they are weaker than Shanks.
