(Watashi no) te o tsunaide, itsumo hanashinai.
(私の)手をつないで、いつも放しない。

The (watashi no) is the optional "my".

Ever since we met
[Watashitachi] ga atta irai
[私たち]が会った以来

[Watashitachi] is "we", but depending on the gender of the speaker and formality of the situation, it can be changed to something else.

hey, I'd really like to know the meaning of some kanjis it's written on my brother's t-shirt... actually, i know what each kanji means, but I don't know if they would be read together there...

上天気 = fair weather

下天 - have no idea. Doesn't seem to be a word in Japanese or Chinese. Maybe it was an attempt at writing "heaven" and "hell"? I tried substituting in some kanji that look similar, but still nothing.

(the) heavens (like, up in the sky, etc)

天下
tenka
the world, a country... interestingly, also means "descent from heaven"
