I recognize this quote, however its slightly different from Azraels, the Archangel of Death in Christian (and a lot more religions.) stories.

I believe it was pretty much the same, but the last line and first line are different, "Remember friend, as you pass by." is the first, and the last is, "So prepare for Death and Follow me."
