First off by the time Sasuke and Kakashi use their Sharingan, Piccolo could line himself in the right spot to hit both of them with his death ray. Secondly, that move would only work on Old Kai and Master Roshi, Goku isnt a pervert he'd never fall for that technique. Finally and most important, the saiyans can become giant monkeys that could kick the 9 tailed fox's ass anyday because monkeys pwn foxes and the sheer numbers.
