funniest charecter

if you ask me no one person on that ship is funny it's when they get togeter and do something crazy THAT when they get funny.

likw when sanji found out chopper usoop and luffy ate the food and saw them fishing and chewing. he just walked up to them very gently put his hands on their heads and SMASH them together.

yeah thats so funny.I like the part where Sanji takes the food from usoop and luffy and give it to nami and robin,or when he only gives food to nami and robin.

Luffy or Zolo. I think Zolo is really funny because of how he makes fun of everybody. Its hilarious. And Luffy is so stupid he's hiarious.

Uhhh - It's a One Piece thing; not Naruto or Zatch Bell.

I'd have to say Usopp by far - He's hilarious <333 And Luffy - but I like Usopp more.

Usopp is funny but he's really weird and I think the voice actor doesn't do the best job. If he had a different voice actor then he could be funnier.

I've heard his voice before; he usually does the strange 'Clowny' voice. The Japanese Usopp is awesome xD He's such a cool singer <333

I also think Kaku's cool; the only funny thing though is that everyone mistakes him for Usopp.

It's true the Japanese voice actor who does Usopp, is way better and more in character.
