Okay, almost all of us agree Hinata before the time skip, and Sakura after.
But, you have to think. Sakura's more willing to fight and more dedicated than Hinata. I think Hinata lacks her power...
It depends....
If Sakura had a good plan, she could win. Over all, before the time skip, it would most likely be Hinata. You never know, though...Things tend to happen in Naruto that are...eh...suprising.
I still like Sakura better, though.

I think Sakura would win in both time frames because she is more aggressive than Hinata.

I'm not sure. Sakura's weak in the first frame, and if Hinata used Hyuuga style fighting, Sakura'd get owned. I don't know about the second frame because I haven't watched it yet!
