Fights are good and all but story is needed. If a series has nothing but fights and no plot then it's pointless.

But i like the twist that:
Kira & Athrun were old friends that became enemies then friends again..
Kira became in love with Lacus which is Athrun's fiance...
Athrun fell in love with Cagalli which is Kira's lost sister...
Though the series has more drama on it.
