I think it would be better if all moderators share equal 'power' so to speak, so they can work more efficiently as a team. And if a problem really does exist in the reaction time to dealing with troublesome users, this is how I propose the problem be solved.

Well, So far 'Warnings' have failed to really deter any bad conduct on the site, so we could introduce a new warning system, where if a user is allocated say..5, or perhaps 3 warnings for breaking the rules - they are then automatically suspended for 2 days.

When this occurs, webmaster could then review the offense - and decide whether a harsher punishment is deserved or not.

I do not believe it would be too hard to create this system.

What are your thoughts?

We're debating this in the Mod discussions.

That's a pretty good idea actually. :-k

Personally I think its a brilliant idea. Wave it off if you want, but I think you should bring it to webmasters attention.

And Jesus Christ's idea seems like a really fair one.
My idea would be three is suspended, and warnings deteriorate one every thirty days..

Just keep at it. Try and get on whenever you can, and be yourself. If your life dun let you be here, dun sweat it. We'll manage xD

The idea of the warnings and such, if i remember right, has also been discussed, and is still being discussed.

the only way i could think of a head mod idea working is like this: some way its made so if there's no mod on, the first one to coome on becomes head mod, and if they leave, it changes to a different mod, that way we would have one, but not worry about that 1 person not being on

I'd hate to be the one to try and program something like that
Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce cheese, pickle, onion, all on a sesame seed bun. Synchro Summon! Arise, Hungry Burger!
