The times for the prosilver are located in the same place as the Absolute Anime skin.

In the User Control Panel, under Board Preferences, the page you're automatically directed to has the time settings on it. It has the way date and time are formatted/displayed, AND has the settings for Daylights Savings. It appears that the setting are not automatically changed over at DST and you have to change them yourself.

Hmm... Well, I suppose it wouldn't make much sense for some skins to lack the current date and time, but we'd probably have to ask Webmaster to be sure.
