Yes, but since this is the inuyasha love thread I thought maybe I should bring this up. I had forgotten about last night's episode. Return of the tragic priestess, Kikyo. I had forgotten that both of their feelings for one another were genuine. And if that whole thing with Onigumo had never occurred, that would mean that InuYasha would be human, and Kagome never would have existed. So I guess what I'm saying is they both love each other, and so I guess I understand why Kikyo is the way she is. I mean Kikyo still caries around alot of hatred, but only for Kagome. I don't know what I'm saying. InuYasha and Kagome belong together, but I feel a little sympathetic for Kikyo.I'm so confused.

I know I shouldn't but I can't help but feel a little sorry for her. How would you like to be tricked into believing that your lover decieved you, then learning that they didn't, and then realizing you were the one who bound him to the sacred tree. Then being ressurected only to find your lover was tricked too, you're one of the undead, and your lover is with your reincarnation? That's gotta suck, but I still don't like her because she keeps showing up and kind of puting things up on hold for InuYasha and Kagome.

Don't know bout you but i HATE Kikyou....i cried so much at the eppisode when Kagome returns from her world and sees Inuyasha hugging Kikyou under the Sacred Tree....and then Kikyou runs away like ussual...and Inu looks at Kagome...and the thin when he says "I have chosen...i can't be with Kagome anymore..." I cried like mad!! I HATE KIKYOU..i wish she died and never returned again!!!!!!!!!! *thinks of a way to kill her*

Haha, I laugh at Kikyo and that whole situation. But if it was me then I think I'd act differently then Kikyo did. Anywho, still.. don't feel sorry for her.

I don't like Kikyo. But all that's happened to her I feel a little sympathetic. We all know that InuYasha loves Kagome, and vice versa. But Kikyo is undead, she can never be with anyone, ever. However, we need to think about how InuYasha feels. What if something ever happened to Kikyo? InuYasha would frikkin' die. Even people who interrupt romances, such as Kikyo, deserve a little mercy.

Kikyo is dead. She is just in a claypot body with half her soul trapped inside. InuYasha wouldn't die. He'd just be emo (Oh, thats a hot site, InuYasha all emo looking. Someone should draw that...) (ANYWHO!) for a little while and move on because then he'd eventually find out that Kikyo never loved him. And he'd find out that Kagome loves InuYasha (Which is by the way already obvious ) So InuYasha would be ok. Now to get rid of Kikyo.
