We didn't do it. We don't have that kind of power here. Our powers are limited to the chat (to ban, and gag people), and to the forums, we can only move, merge, split, and edit people's posts and threads. And of course, we can lock or unlock them.
I will look into it, however, I also suggest that next time you have an issue like this, PM it to a Moderator. (And come to think of it, I never have seen an avatar for you profile).
Sometimes, if it's a bad link to the pic, or (I think) something like a .png, it won't work.
Or maybe the size is just too big. And a .png is a file that is big. A .jpeg file is much better.
Maybe you should check that out Lady_Rin or maybe you can post the link to the pic here and we'll see what the problem is.
