If you consider it a hell hole, that's probably a sign to look for a job you'd like better.

Unfortunately, nothing better is out there. I'm just holding on until I have my degree. The work is getting more and more frustrating and stressful, the other bad news is it certainly doesn't go up with the pay -_-

Well, in that case just hang in there. Once you have the degree you should be able to get something better.

Not sure...It depends on the SM, some of them can be nutty (luckily mine isn't). If you're serious about applying, I'll give you a hint as to what is going to make or break it

Well. essentially. it is MORE pay since my hours were cut from 35 to 31.5. People need shift coverages so I'm probably going to get 40 hours this week. But my pay raise doesn't kick in until Oct.
