doesn't the concept of either your or someone else's apply here

Like for your family its:
ChiChi is My father
Haha is MY mother
Ani is MY older brother
Ane is MY older sister
Otooto is my younger brother
Imooto is my younger sister

so with this in mind talking about someone elses family/ family members you would want to say :

Otoosan is (someone's) father
Okaasan is (someone's) mother
Oniisan is (someone's) older brother
Oneesan is (someone's) older sister
Otootosan is (someone's) younger brother
Imootosan is (someone's) Younger sister
