I see the webmaster online 2-3 times a day (added him to buddies) So I wouldn't say he's inactive.

I never said that he was inactive, I only said that he is set to apear offline, and it's not his job to post a lot.

How so? He doesn't need to post. He has the mods to do that for him. The mods need to follow his orders, so he can tell them to post certain things.
