That's good. In other news, I finally got desperate enough to order the Yami no Matsuei anime. I'll have to pick it up at a store in about six weeks. Now, how do I explain to my parents that they need to drive me 100 miles from our house to pick up a forty dollar box set?

I don't know what I'm gonna tell my parents. I don't think they'll like the idea of taking me to a bookstore to buy some BL anime. Got any excuses I could say to them?

Tell them that you ordered a book and you need to pick it up. Is there any other way to go there without your parents?

No. I like the fact that they love me enough to take an interest in my life and actually try to understand me, but the negative downside of that is that they never let me go anywhere unless they tag along.

That's because they love you and they are overprotective. My dad is the same. Then I think you should tell them that there is something you need to buy from the place. Is it that bad? Will they say no?

Oh, they'll definitely say no. Guess I'll just have to be extra good for a couple of weeks. They'll suspect something, but at least they won't really mind taking me to the store. And if by some miracle I do end up going and buying, I'll eat the receipt if they try to make me return the DVDs.
