I try to do 1-2 a day (its more fun then lifting weights plus it builds upper body strength

), but my max was 24 time in 36 hours. That was a eventful day.

ok so it varies around the work schedules of my roomates.....sometimes there's a week where i do it everyday...other times once a week- but i try to limit my self to once or twice a week b.c ...well um.... it feels better !?!!!
