At the very end of the manga, Usagi realizes that the Cauldron Gaurdian is, in fact, Chaos. When the Gaurdian's spirit was corrupted, it split into four parts: Metallia, the Death Phantom, Master Pharaoh Ninety, and Nehelenia. Chaos tells Sailor Moon in act fifty-one (I may be mistaken.
