I don't really think anyone could pin down a single funniest anime moment, so let's have your list of funniest anime moments.

Well, every one will have a different one and I don't think every one will be able to list 10.

Urusei Yatsura. Ataru, Lum and company were climbing Mendo's giant christmas tree. And when I say giant I mean an insane 50+ stories tall. The first female to the top gets a kiss from Mendo, the first guy a kiss from Mendo's sister Ryoko.

There is no way Mendo will let Ataru give Ryoko a kiss. So at the top Mendo yells down a challenge at Ataru in the lead, inspite of Lum's efforts to slow him down. Mendo leaps from the ledge with sword in hand to strike down Ataru. He misses as he passes by, yelling the whole trip down.

Ryoko now commenting about how her brother must be dead by now and an awful mess at the bottom. A door opens and Mendo walks in slightly ruffled going on about how he can't die until he strikes down Ataru. He goes to the tree and does the same suicidal attack once again.

6.) The Titanic spoof, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi
7.) Jenny is told to hit on the pervert guy, Cosplay Complex.
8.) Lilica uses her power on Rio, Burn Up Scramble.
9.)Keitaro and Naru finally kiss, Love Hina Again.

That one time in Gravitation where Shuichi is asking Hiro to guess what Shuichi had done last night...

It's not THAT funny but it gets me every time.

Also, Chobits, when Chii is running around going 'pantsu pantsu pantsu (underwear underwear underwear)', or the other time when Chii is pointing at everything and calling it Hideki...
