Yes, but only because the Transformers would get sick of seeing Liver Zero's repeated frames and recycled attacks that each Transformer would commit seppuku one by one. Transformers would win agains the Zoids from Zoids: Zero and Zoids Fuzors. Against those from Guardian Force and Chaotic Century however... I'd say a tie. (I apologise if this seems biased, but I have an undying hatred of Zoids: Zero, there is a reason why the series was cancelled in Japan after 26 episodes, while Chaotic Century and Guardian Force each had 38 episodes.)
