It's been so long since I've seen Rave Master. I looked at the profiles on here but it didn't help much. Can someone explain the main characters?

The one I really want to know about has blue hair... and he can create this purple/black doom thing.

His nameis Seig Hart, Gardian of Time. He is an elemental master who can command the elements as he wishes. He has no Dark Brings and is only partialy involved with D.C. His Age is unknown, and He uses Magic along with his elemental powers. His greatest adversary is Elie. (Look at her name in capitals upside down and it spells out "3173") She was a human test tube, or clone, created to hold a power called Etherion that has the ability to unravel the fabric of time. She was pusued by him after he had realized she had survived, and could not conrol this power. (The only one who ever had, created the Rave's and Died afterwards (Resha Valentine))

Right. Sieg Hart only relented once Haru gained the sealing sword of Rune-Save and used it on Elie to seal up the Etherion power again. Sieg Hart is a Time Guardian. That's why he's so concerned about the continuum. It's also the basis for that spell you saw back when Haru fought him: <i>Tempus Alterna</i>, or Alternate Time.
