I'll add pics and such later since I dont have much time but for right now i'll say that Kenpachi is the number 1 captain if you ask me. Taking down 2 captains without even knowing how to use shikai and genkai, and the captains used their genkais. Byakuya is definitly the second best, why? He just is, lol...I'll return later with more to my list.

actually that not true, cause the 11th squad captain is stronger than many of the others before him, and the 4th squad captain isnt that strong, its not the order that matters

Erm...Retsu-san (Pride-san) meant the 4th Captain. She's not really much of a fighter (or from what we've seen) but rather a healer. Aizen is the strong one. But it's asking for opinions from people so the answers would be different...

Although I'd put Aizen as the 1st one in the numberings for the moment. I can't compose a list myself because we still haven't seen all the Captains abilities to their best output yet. Like what would happen if Kenpachi actually did achieve to a Bankai level? And if he could sweep the floor with the other Captains when he gets there? I'm not sure at least.

My brother is the new captain of Squad 5 to replace Aizen, and I'm the lieutenant of teh 4th Squad, so I would say that Lexin and Retsu Unohana are the strongest

the strongest squad captain (squad 1) is Yamamoto, he actually holds a higher rank than captain (he's actually commander general)

and in my opinion the weakest is Squad 3 Ichimaru Gin
