avatar dilemma

umm.... i wanna change my avatar but i want one from "my pictures".... is that possible or does it have to be from the internet straight off?

You're going to have it uploaded somewhere on the internet. Where your avatar is in your profile index is asking for the link to that picture. The maximum pixels of the pic or gif allowed here is 100 x 100 (I think it is. I just keep my own avatars at that standard when I make mine).
