That's a hard question. Orochimaru has his immortality stuff, but Sesshomaru's a demon. I have no idea who'd win. I think I'd rather have Sesshomaru win, though.

Hmmm a touhgy....Orochimaru is a pretty evil dude...one to rival Sesshomaru....however, Sesshy is a demon...
on the down side to this, Sesshy has Rin with him....and has managed not to kill Jaken...so far....so that makes him look kind of weak....

SSJ_Gogeta's got it on this one. I'd rather have Sesshomaru win personally, just because Orochimaru irritates me. However, Orochimaru would have the upper hand here. Sesshomaru's most powerful move (in my opinion) is the Souryuuha. The Souryuuha unleashes bolts of lightning which transfer to Sesshomaru's enemies. However, this move uses Sesshomaru's sword to transfer the energy, so if he is disarmed this move (along with a few others) will be rendered useless.

Orochimaru is not fully dependent on any weapon or physical object to use his powers, so he'd have the advantage here.

An important thing to remember is that Sesshomaru is immune to disease and poisons. Despite these that, I'll still give favor to Orochimaru since his techniques are superior.
