Cause i did a research on him fusing with the dragons it said his power was 1 billion.

We were given no real example for how Goku was effect after he fused with the Dragon Balls. Personally, I believe two things: either he merely became a protector of them and that his Power Level wasnt affect that greatly, or the same thing happened to that did Omega Shanron and that his power skyrocketed. Although, I believe first over the other as Omega (or Syn rather) was a Shadow Dragon himself, so absorbing the Dragon Balls would have a different effect on him than Goku
