An oversea's site has been ripping the content from the /cool_devices all day. Aparently it's a Japanease adult entertainment site (not apparently, I saw it) and it seems to be getting hammered on their end and since they are ilegally including images from this site it is hammering us as well.

So, we did two things. We increase the server threads and memeory for Apache web service and we also replace the images with an image of horse crap.
