Dude looks like a lady

Hey all. I'm sure most of you have seen the excellent anime music video "Aerosmith - Dude looks like a lady" which documents cross dressing in anime. I'm looking for help in identifying some of the anime's contained in this amv. The one I'm having most trouble with, features many times. It shows a boy dressing up in a full body suit (red and white in colour) complete with fake breasts, which makes him look like a lady. The video ends with him being laughed at by a group of army/airforce personel. I can't figure out which anime this is and would really appreciate anyone who knows, or at least has an idea, letting me know. Cheers!

The music video employs myriad anime, including 3x3 Eyes (Yakumo Fuji's original job was an escort in drag) and The Slayers (That's poor Gourry being stuffed into a dress by Lina and Amelia). There's also spots from Project A-ko, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Dragon Half, and Here is Greenwood, among others.

And the soldiers laughing part is Kazuki Yotsuga from Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure. When I mentioned an "unforntuate protagonist", I was not kidding around. Who else would be forced to wear a plug suit that makes him look like a girl?

It should available at your favorite anime outlet in hybrid DVD. It's been out for a couple years already.
