heheh.... Actually Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura start out as 12 year old Genins(that's newbie ninja) then later on they're like 14 or 15. The story is really complicated. Sasuke suddenly joins up with Orochimaru(a bloodthirsty ninja from waterfall villge)and Naruto becomes the 6th hokage of Konnoha
