Haruko's way better then Excel. Plus she has her bass, and Noata and Kanti.

Excel has Nabashin. Mabashin appears at random, and has helped Excel before. I believe Excel is crazier than Haruko.

Excel has access to whatever weapons that Across has, which is quite extensive. Swords, guns, explosives, hand-held superlasers, etc. Excel Saga makes fun of, and has many genres in it. That means Across has every weapon in any anime and movie.

Excel is capable of making any object do things it isn't capable of doing. Look what happened when Excel directed traffic. Excel had the cars flying, dancing, and spinning on their bumpers.

Excel is by no means at a disadvantage.
