Blessings

Funny how someone can take for granted,
That which you dream of,
Abusing a gift,
You would cherish.

While they distress over it's inperfection,
You relish in those unique impurities,
Which add character,
A dream to light up your life,
Envy consumes the soul,
Yet all you can do is watch and dream,
Of what you may someday hold.

A different take,
Full appreciation of your wish,
Manifesting is your true comfort,
Hoping that one day you can change the world;
To accept these 'flaws',
As you do,
And to see the beauty within them.

The beauty of this poem is that it does not specify the dream and can be applied to any wish ^_^

Good message but I couldn't feel the beat and seemed to be more of a free verse, which is awkward to read. Again I like the message but if in the given form the message is given it doesn't have as a strong an impact in my mind.
