What's the name of this show please!!

I remember a show which was a comedy about some red head sent to earth by a king or something. It had a little red dog as a pet that it only kept until she starved, then she'd eat it. It would run away n' [censored], haha, but she'd get it. Dark haired friend woudl suffecate n' [censored], it was good stuff.

the way you described it makes me think of excel saga but the dog was not red(i think)

I agree with Jamie Madrox, the description given sounds like Excel Saga. Don't know if there are some other people that keep dogs like emergency food

No doubt in my mind that it's Excel Saga. Not too many anime series has the traits that you wrote, especially with them all together. Excel Saga is certainly a rare breed.
