You have the skill; you just need to work on shading, expression, body curves and structure and depth line in the air, body and cloths.

You're a little behind for your age, in my opinion (Then again, all I see are talented people in my art classes. Screw them. My stuff never adds up with them around. :x) The lines are ..decent, but like Sparx said you need to work on shading, and improving your line. Especially the shading, cause shading is the shizz.
