The 2'nd and 3'rd one are both the same, just different designs. Both of them come from the first Digimon. I'm not quite sure about the other two, hope I helped!

The first one is from the second season. The second one's from the first one. The fourth one is from the fourth season, and...I think the third one is part of the second season.
