What was the first time you heard or seen anime?

Well, I have seen anime since 3rd grade and so I grow up watching with my brother with anime!

My first three or four anime shows:

DBZ
POkemon
Yu Yu Hakusho

My first one:

Sailor Moon
Yu Yu Hakusho
Ruronui Kenshin

And I started during fifth grade!

Really old skool for me:
Samuria Pizza Cats! (kindergarten)
then it was..... Sailor Moon (grade2)
Dragon Ball (age 7)
Then Dragon Ball Z
Then it was Pokemon.
Digimon
And that was the end of anime for me till last year,
and Inu Yasha. Now I'm in an anime club, and on for staff for next years convention too!

I started it in 1st grade ...although...I technically saw this one movie about these frogs when I was about 4 and I cannot, for the life of me, remember what it's called. Anyhoo Sailormoon and Ronin Warriors were my first animes...then two korean subbed Dragon Ball Z movies when I was 7ish. Both had Brolli in it. o.O Then Ranma 1/2 when I was about 11. Then a whole bunch followed after that. My peak of anime experience was actually this past year.

My first anime was Dragon ball when I was like in first grade. But I only watched it every now and then. Years later my mom got me and my sister My Neighbor Totoro by Haiao Miyazaki. I didn't know it was an anime. And I would have put him to shame. We watched that movie so much we took turns playing Satsuki and Mei. Miyazaki would slap me if he knew. But I still never watched it. Then 4 years ago in my freshman year of high school, I got DBZed. I really got in to it. One day I saw it was on when it shouldn't be. "What's this?" Uncut, undubed, unsubtitled version. Thankyou heavenly bodies for IC. Though now it's AZN. ((AND I MISSED DECNDANTS OF DARKNESS AGAIN!)) And I really got into it after that. The first REAL anime I was ever into therefore was Slayers. I love me Zelgadis.
