Character Description: Galactor
Berg Katse was created by X as an infant by merging two fraternal twins, one male, one female. As such, Katse was plagued by a troubled childhood, changing from male to female on a yearly basis. Eventually Katse gained the ability to control these changes and became the leader of Galactor, reporting only to Sosai X (though occasionally deferring to those X put temporarily in charge, only to meet their respective defeats).
In female form, Katse is highly intelligent -- a carefully calculating leader. In male form, Katse is less intelligent and more arrogant. Katse's overconfidence occasionally leads to Galactor's defeat by the Science Ninja Team when they, by rights, should have everything neatly in the bag.
Katse is an excellent disguise artist and has turned up right under the Science Ninja Team's noses more than once.
