Character Description: Asami Sato
Asami is a nonbender but she never lets this stop her: she is an amazing engineer/inventor and is great with vehicles. Asami is a strong fighter and is an integral part of Team Avatar in The Legend of Korra. She is Mako's former girlfriend; later, she becomes Avatar Korra's girlfriend. She makes her first appearance in the 4th episode of the 1st season "The Voice in the Night".
