Character Description: Eagle Vision
Eagle is from a place called Autozam. He controls his battleship with his mind power, which uses a lot of energy, and therefore he sleeps for a very long time. He has a very friendly personality but is very determined to get what he wants- to be the Pillar of Cephiro.
In the battle against Lady Debonair, however, he lost his life. Hikaru was then crowned the new Pillar. Of course, she then used her power to demolish the pillar system.
In the OVA, he was only badly injured, not dead.
