Character Description: Ibiki Morino
Ibiki Morino is the proctor for the first part of the Chunin exam. He made the rules of the test for all the genin of the writing portion of the exam; he also refers to Naruto as a "funny one".
Ibiki is the leader of the torture and interrogation unit in the Hidden leaf village. He has scars that cover his head that show the pain he's endured as a ninja. He is recognized by all the Jonin, except for Kurenai Yuhi at first. Ibiki also has a younger brother named Idate Morino.
