Character Description: Mikhail Diagliev
Mikhail Diagliev is one of Tita's most loyal crew members aboard the Cha-Cha Maru. In fact, Mikhail is the crew member besides Mei and Balboa with the longest service. His tenure as Chief Engineer traces back to Tita's father, who previously owned the Cha-Cha Maru.
Mikhail still feels guilty for allowing Tita's father to die. To him, it should've been him and not Tita's father that was in the ship's engine section, which was jettisoned to save the ship. He will do anything for Tita... even dying... if it would mean pulling off some miracle to save the ship... or give his captain the advantage in beating the bad guys.
